Terms and Conditions for the Referral Offer Scheme (Pilot)

Learnovate Technologies Limited, of Innocentre, Tai Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong, provides the following Terms and Conditions for the Refer A Friend (Pilot) offer for the Pregrade™ product.

This pilot is only applicable for users who are employed as teachers in a Hong Kong registered school.

Current Pregrade account holders in good standing, on Teacher accounts (not School accounts) and with verified emails (please check your emails and click on the verify link), may invite non-account holders to sign up for a Teacher Account with Pregrade.

You can access your Referral Link in the Account Settings page in your Pregrade dashboard. When you invite or share your link to your friends, they have to create a Teacher account. After they have created their account they have 30 days to upload at least one essay. After they’ve done that, we’ll immediately deposit 20 extra credits into your account.

For the Pilot version, your friends will also need to have an email that can be verified and belongs to part of a Hong Kong registered school’s domain email base in order for this referral to be successful.

When you have been invited to create a Teacher Account on Pregrade, you will need to be a non-existing user of Pregrade and sign up using an email address that belongs to an existing Hong Kong registered school, in order to receive the referral offer reward.

Once you’ve created your account, you have 30 days to upload an essay and get it processing in your dashboard (Files). When you have done that, the referral offer reward of 20 extra credits will be deposited into your account.

If you’ve previously signed up for a Pregrade account or had an account with Pregrade before, you’re not eligible for this offer.

We reserve the right to freeze accounts or links for behaviors against the spirit of the pilot offer (e.g., for paying to advertise your link to strangers or otherwise abusing the offer).

Our Refer A Friend offer goes live on date. It does not yet have an end date, but we have the right to stop and start this offer any time, effective upon posting the updated terms on our website [https://pre-grade.ai] or by email. Invite links that you have already sent out before our announcement can still work for 30 days after sending them out, afterwards they will expire and become unusable.

You cannot exchange your 20 extra credits for an alternative, and we can replace the 20 extra credits with something else at any time.

If you take part in our Refer A Friend (Pilot) offer, we will by default assume you have read through and agree to these Ts&Cs. We reserve the right to refuse to give you the extra 20 credits if we suspect any fraud or breach of these terms.

We’ll collect, store and process the data for everyone who takes part in line with our Privacy Policy.
